PSN Accounts/username per PS3? I decided I want another

A friend at work tells me having more than 1 PSN username is bad as it flags your PS3 as being stolen or something along the lines of that.

I was wondering if it's possible to have 2 at least? I wish to keep 1 personal (family/friends) and 1 public (online/BG/internet). The personal one also serves to keep people from seeing me online if I should be at work, or something -- but that's only a side thing.

If anyone has 2 or more let me know your experiences!

They wouldn't allow you to make more than 1 user if you weren't allowed. I have about 6 (I think it caps at 9), one is mine, one is my wife's, one is my brothers, one is an EU account for the UK store, one is a HK account for asian store, and one is a JP account for japan store.
