5 sec gouge 10 sec CD = 50% 6 sec stun 20 sec CD = 30% 10 sec disarm 60 sec CD = 15% = locked down 95% of any game 30% passive dodge + 50% dodge from evasion for 15 sec + prep for another 15 sec = 80% dodge for 30 sec = 20% accuracy of 5% uptime = I can attack rogues 1% of the time while they're ass fucking me from start to finish??? And they can clos to clear chains and sprint when I death grip??? They can sprint for 15 sec + prep 15 sec = 30 sec sprinting while we move 30% speed cause rogues apply 70% snare on auto attack they run past you and FoK and you move 30% while they sprint for 150%???
