Donate some time/volunteer work to the non-profit org I work for? We're looking for someone to design a simple iPhone/Droid/Blackberry/etc app that allows the user to track a bus' location via a GPS that is linked to our website.

The GPS only broadcasts during the route hours (which are listed) but during that time we're looking for an app that allows a person to simply use an app yo see it as opposed to having to go all the way through mobile web to see it on our site here: http://www.2bnb.org/bus-tracking. Something that looks cool and is easy to use because our largest target demographic is drunk college kids.

If anyone wants to undertake this (seriously) -- all hours logged will be considered a donation to a non-profit organization (and thusly will be considered a monetary contribution -- you know, since time is money) which we will provide you with a letter of contribution so you can write it off on your taxes.

I'd love to do something like that but lack enough knowledge (1yr of intro programming classes unfortunatley isn't enough) hope you can find someone.

I don't know much about this sort of thing but it seems like it would be an easy thing to throw together. Not really sure though. Anyone interested? Like I said it'd be a tax write off.

While I do not own any of those devices, I did a little bit of searching and found that BlackBerry does provide a simulation environment for testing. Let me take a look at that sometime today/tomorrow.

These are three separate platforms and would require three separate applications. I own a blackberry and would be happy to help. This seems like a simple project as you already have tracking on the website. It's not that hard.
