PAX is better by virtue of not being about just one company and having more to do/see in Seattle than Anaheim, but Blizzcon gives better freebies. That $150 ticket is likely worth a Diablo III beta code and some bitchin' limited edition toys. The last thing I got free from PAX was a steam code for a free copy of KOTOR 1.

My friends are going, as they have a guildie who lives in Anaheim. He also happens to work for Blizzard. I can't make it myself, but I am going to PAX East this year....so that kinda makes up for it.
