Shave/Trim where why what method how often?

I hate this thread, mostly because i'm 24 and waiting for my beard to appear. All I got is that high school stache and spotted beard on chin.

(Yes, i'm still hoping i'll ever have one)

I'm almost 30 and I still can't grow much more than the most awful stache possible. I don't even have to shave my face every day.

Guess it's nice that I don't grow any chest/back hair though.
