Put something that smells horrible near the air intake for their cars, then place the same thing somewhere inside the car where they won't find it quickly(they find one of the things, take it out of the car, and expect the smell to go away). Peeled apart air fresheners work well since they smell like ass, and are small. Could be days/weeks before they find both sources of ass-smell.

Or, you could have sex with their wives/girlfriends.
