Lamian Kaman +1, Mythril Grip +1 and Cougar Pendant is pretty gimp/confused/wtf on a sam. I'm trying to think of a reason why anyone would wear that as town gear/standing around gear, but I can't.

The Cougar Pendant I mentally justified because of how valuable it was seen as being for all of a handful of weeks prior to Bloodbead Gorget being released. In hindsight, gimp SAM is gimp.

EDIT: If you want an idea, when making parties he'd invite SMNs as DDs saying that since their spike damage was very high they were the best DD in the game etc.
