Time for another of those tangents/"that reminds me of..." stories I do so often.

I had a Maat's Cap owner once back up a gimp who insisted only in using fulltimed hybrid gear (like Rutter Sabatons, which have "other stats" than slow so I should stop worrying about one drawback) because jobs that cast don't stop meleeing to cast. The latter is the same BLU who insists that "BLUs don't TP, because I never ws; I save my TP because hoarding it makes my spells stronger."

Yes, I know you can time your cast so a swing goes off right after you start. But that's no excuse not to gear swap and if you think people who say "I have the job at 75" as a defense for stupid bullshit make me cranky, you should've seen what happened to the "I bought a Maat's Cap account" person.

Fulltimed. That is a Haste Belt and the DA grip. He had a hauberk that he traded out for the osode shortly into the PT. Also fulltimed Hasso and rarely used Third Eye. Our parse showed 61.88% acc and 11.81% of total damage.

Was a friend/LS party, the yoichi sam and the very well geared drg did most of the dmg. I just kinda halfass cured the war (I kept hoping he'd eat a rather large pecking flurry and fall down, but he didn't ;; ) and made sure I kept the other DDs alive lol. He almost never pulled hate after the initial voke, the face tanking he did was at the start of the fight cause he didn't use Third Eye.

Show me engaged Homam/Denali hats cause that shit is town gear unless its being used in combat. The PLDs werent terribly geared and nor was the notAF THF.

I wish I could lol, sounds like it would be full of laughs.

Mostly consisted of me calling both the people I was arguing with retarded (for about 10 straight minutes), that if you're not blinking for everything you're doing it wrong, and this:

Gimp: "You obviously think [the people you argue against] are beneath you."
Me: "You say that like I'm wrong."

Then I got called "pompous ass piece of shit" (probably true) and took off shell. Then one of the officers layed into me yet again for scaring off yet another gimp, despite my assurances that seeing gimpshits drives (and has driven, to which I cited 5 distinct cases) the actually good players away.

I mean, why have relic holders with actual standards and other generally all-around decent members when you can have shitty 360 players who never gear swap but "have found their own way", right?

Edit: I also got told I "never swap to ws sets" when I basically let Spellcast play the game for me. I told him to turn Blinkmenot off (not that he uses it but since he's an idiot on 360 he thinks Windower = zomg horrible cheating, so the insult was there).
