Also, that looks like it is just a build for trying to skill up throwing.

well he's using a chakram, he could just be throwing on as much cheap-ass Ranged Accuracy armor as he can buy (he's probably poor) and hes going to level up his throwing skill.

If he is just going to skill up that would explain the lack of FULL ON HQ EPEEN THROWING SKILL RANGED ACCURACY GEAR HURRRRRNNNGGGGGGGG that you might expect a RNG to have

I had the misfortune of doing a Nyzul run with this guy a little while ago. I would not do another run with him. Doesn't even have the standard gimp perma-Seashell.

And really, why do I never see any SAMs with at least a Tiphia Sting? 150k is not that much.

Fuck that, get a lightning bow +1. Being able to pull at 25 or w/e range is nice, esp in Nyzul. And if it nets you 3 acc, it's better than Tiphia anyway.
