Also, I had a DRG named Nintendo with 5/5 AF1 and 2 flame rings in my abyssea group today.

I managed to have that guy in an Abyssea alliance once. Either he's JP, a masterful troll, or just too retarded to understand it when I called him a failure to his face. Given his other gear he's probably just being intentionally stupid.

Shitty exp all run because no one cared about lights at all and most chests went unopened, plus several mages only going in with one stone and figuring we could start chaining TEs in the first half hour. Also not only did my nukes pull hate despite casting when the mob was at ~50% HP, my Thunder IV somehow outdid one of the other BLM's Burst IIs (without Ascetic's Tonic or day bonus or etc). At first I just tuned out the shittiness, then I started being passive-aggressive about it, then figured fuck it and (among other things) called Nintendo a retarded gimp to his face (also a BRD whose name I forget who decided to afk for about an hour - we kicked him and like half an hour later he noticed and asked to be reinvited). Nothing amusing or worth screenshotting, except for the leader agreeing with me.

tl;dr Like pickup anything, pickup Abyssea sucks.

Not screenshotted: the half a dozen or so samurai and warrior I have done Abyssea with over the past few days who have swapped from turban/haub/dusk/haidate/[dusk/fuma] to full Perle after dinging 78; nor the multitude of samurai or /sam without X-hit builds. I think I might just do a birds merit pt on Nix's 79brd to get 30k or so to finish it off, at least that way I don't have to punch myself in the cock for the first hour while thinking "it'll get better, it'll get better".
