Photoshop CS4/CS5 Rendering

I've had this issue ever since CS4 came out and I've gone through a large amount of different drivers for my current card (4870x2). I had the same problem with an x1950 Pro before I rebuilt my computer. I'm guessing it's an ATI problem but I wonder if anyone's run into it or managed to fix it.

What I'm talking about is the line through the bar at the top and the fucked up minimize/maximize/close icons. It's something stupid but it bugs me I haven't been able to find a solution. Picture below:

Definitely not an ATI issue. I have used CS4/CS5 on a machines with a x1800xt, 4870, & 5770. So it might be as mentioned above, a theme-related problem.

I've had this before, dunno how to fix it, but as far as I know it's pretty harmless. At least I haven't encountered any issues because of it (or that I could link back to it).

Seems like it was the windows classic theme as suggested. Guess I could learn to like Aero. Thanks for the suggestions.

Also, yeah I know it was harmless, but it annoyed me that there was a problem I couldn't fix. Borderline OCD and all that jazz.
