    Id imagine that the key to a sanitary fleshlights is to clean them while your meat is still pulsating ejaculate, its less gross that way. You have a very small window when gross shit doesn't phase you in the slightest lol. Doing that shit after you've gotten yourself cleaned up and already having washed your hands is sort of shooting yourself in the foot.

    I have a stringent post sex routine that takes about 3 mins, learn that shit and work it.

    But then you miss out on that short Basking period afterwards where you can just lay back and not care about your shitty life.

    Something I've noticed is how the act isn't made to seem purely despicable and ugly by the media - for instance, when it's referred to as an "affair." So-and-so had this exotic affair with a young whoever~ It makes it seem luxurious - something to indulge in sometime, perhaps. I think it's just an indication that the fact it goes on is engrained in our society.

    women are dumb and dig the kinds of dudes who cheat but not the kinds of dudes who don't. the guys who can't get girls are the ones who don't cheat and the guys who have an easy time of it, usually burly wealthy moronic alpha male tough guy types, are the ones who do. it was true in the fourth grade and it's true throughout adulthood. none of my relatively unattractive, nerdy group of male friends have ever cheated or would ever cheat on a girl. they also can't get girls to date them. in fact, they're the kinds of guys who would get cheated on. if women let themselves get sweet talked into dating or even marrying douchebags who are going to fool around on them, then it's their own fault for having shitty taste in men. there's more than plenty of lonely, nice boys out there who'd be perfectly faithful who women willfully ignore. i'm not saying that the same isn't true for guys who get cheated on by women, like i have. their own fault for being vain, having shitty taste, not putting enough stock in personality, whatever.

    I think Chris Rock said it best "Men are as faithful as their options." I agree with this pretty much for the most part. I would say that most of my guy friends that are married have cheated on their wives, I don't get it but yeah. And since someone mentioned divorce earlier, here's the 3 top reasons people get divorce in no real order.

    1.) Money (or a lack of it)
    2.) Sex (or a lack of it)
    3.) Lack of communication.

    Those 3 revolve back and forth in any given year since around 1985, but are always the top 3.

    In our cultures we commonly have "Folk Models" of many institutions.

    If you actually look at what people "think" marriage should be, and what it is, you would realize quickly that every fundamental idea we have about what marriage should be like is wrong.

    Marriage itself is the problem, and should simply be abolished, it serves no beneficial societal role.

    The honest truth is most men wouldn't get married if women didn't pressure them into it, directly or indirectly.

    Marriage rates continue to fall every year as more and more men stop drinking the kool-aid.

    Many philosophers have thought Marriage to be a staple of society as examples of reciprocity and selflessness.

    I guess I am in the minority here but when I proposed to my girlfriend two months ago, I did it because I'm in love with her and I can't imagine my life without her. We have an extremely good relationship based on communication and acknowledging that we put up with eachother's bullshit.

    I never understood why people cheat. It is perhaps the dumbest shit you can do. As many people have said here, there is really no way to justify it. Crying "wah I'm horny" is pathetic. Find a way to make shit exciting again in the bedroom. Obviously every woman is different and if you can't find what makes yours tick, then you need to step your game up.

    Relationships are some boring shit. They only become interesting when you're willing to put forth the effort and time to really share with each other.

    How do you know the "nerdy" guys who don't cheat don't cheat because of their limited ability to get girls? As soon as girls start going for those guys they might start cheating. Same for the "douchebags" they only cheat because they are able to while still getting girls.

    My advice is to marry a schizophrenic
    Schizophrenia is where you hear voices, suffer from paranoia, and other stuff, Multiple personality disorder is where a person suffers from multiple personalities.

    Ok, you love her, but why did you decide to MARRY her(legal marriage, that is, I assume)?

    Marriage =/= Love.
    Marriage =/= Monogamy
    Marriage =/= Trust...or any other platitudes we love to assign to it.

    Marriage...is nothing but a fiscal contract that states terms for the division of your assets if you should separate.

    So think hard about it, why did you decide to MARRY?

    Men get married because that is what society tells us to. I have been with my GF for over 5 years and for the last 3 at least always get asked, why are you not married/have children. Also there is the religion part of it, but that is on a case by case.

    They cheat because they get bored or the female they are with is holding out.

    Edit: Ron white said it best, "My first marriage ended in divorce because my wife thought that I had cheated on her, and I did, and I'll tell you why. When you enter into a monogamous relationship with someone you agree to not have sex with anyone else, but what do you do when that person decides they're not going to have sex at all. You find yourself in quite a pickle. I hadn't been laid in six months. I can't go six months without having sex. I'll go have sex with someone else. I know I will, I've seen me do it. "

    What do people here mean by society? Who tells you to get married exactly? Or were you guys speaking figuratively.

    The societal belief in general that men need to have a wife and kids to be seen as respectable I assume. It's really a rather interesting topic why people even get married.

    I always love these threads, there is such a diversity in how people feel and the things they are ok with in their life. My wife is my first serious relationship. We met when we were 18 and had both just started college. Once we were dating we moved in together after about 6 months. We then lived together for 3 years before we got engaged.

    I proposed to her because I couldn't imagine my life without her. It sounds cliche but she is my friend, we share a lot of interests, we have very similar personalities, and we love each other. I agree with several points in this thread, when my wife and I became engaged we both agreed that cheating is despicable and if either of us ever contemplated it that we would discuss it or break up before we cheated.

    I also agree that friendship is extremely important in a lasting relationship.

    We were engaged (and living together) for 6 years before we finally got married. We wanted to make sure that both of us had graduated college and were self sufficient before doing that.

    Getting married for us was more of a formality at that point since we had been together so long we both felt "married" to each other. Part of it was to make our families happy, her family wouldn't consider me part of the family until we were married. Part of it was for her because she always wanted a wedding it is a day to make her feel beautiful and special. Part of it was to make things more simple for buying a house and having kids.

    I guess I don't buy into the whole idea that it is against nature because I think it is more dependent on the individual person. I do think that marriage isn't right for some people and that those people shouldn't force it upon themselves just because society says it is the thing to do but I do think it works for some people and that it can exist without being a forced thing against nature.

    I don't think most people are against marriage itself, because realistically there's nothing wrong with deciding you couldn't really be as close or intimate to anyone else as you are with your partner. But I think the belief that people "need" to be married is really wrong. It just simply doesn't work for everyone, yet most people are pushed into it. There are very few people who actually get married because they get the full benefits of being married.
