Synergy bug

I have Craftsman rank in Goldsmithing (Lv61) and Cooking (Lv63). I tried to synthesise a Fylgja Torque for a friend, but was told that I 'didn't have the correct skill level' to attempt it, even though it's clearly a Craftsman rank required. Synergy skill is capped at 60.

My Guildmaster was changed to Cooking to collect GP, so I changed it back to Goldsmithing, with no avail.

Is the recipe for Fylgja Torque wrong? Or is it perhaps that I can only have 1 Craftsman rank for synergy and it takes the highest one (in this case, Cooking)? Either way, it shouldn't be like this. I have the required skill/rank, it should let me. (Yes, I'm aware that if you are 58 and get Craftsman it will not let you, but I'm 61 so it should)

Were you anon? I believe if you are anonymous your skills are all read as 0

I know as a group synergy we had one member anon and we couldnt do it cause it said his smithing skill was too low despite being 100

He un anoned and then we could do it.

It shouldn't matter what guild you're signed on with since your skill level is still at the correct tier, maybe wiki isn't correct and you have to be an artisan in goldsmithing?

I wasn't anon, and I haven't heard anyone say Fyglja Torque needs Artisan, everywhere lists Craftsman so I presumed that was true.
