I dunno, I kind of like the "Current cast". the shock on his face at the end does mean its someone we know... I'm thinking its the new chick (EJ you guys refer to her as?). Also, My memory is foggy but i don't recall seeing ducky this episode either... Probably missed him in the very beginning.

Fun to speculate, I hope its not someone we've grown used too... I wouldn't be too upset if it was the new lady, Kinda want her gone anyway.

Perhaps its Ray, Ziva's new man... he seems like someones whos going to die and/or be bad.

I think that NCIS/SecNav suspects Ziva (for some reason) even though it is most likely EJ. Having Tony "handle" Ziva could be very interesting, and there's bound to be some trust issues from the higher ups considering the fact that she's a naturalized citizen. Let's not forget that Ray got that text from Kort about Tel Aviv, which again ties Ziva in without really trying. If secrets or whatnot are being sold to Tel Aviv, of course Ziva's gonna be the first suspect.

I know that I do not trust Ray, not at all, and I think Ziva was right to trust her instincts the first time when she dumped him because he lied to her.

And I'm glad Mike Franks is dead. Stay dead you boring, mumbling, old fucker! Gibbs brought him to DC for no reason and then he commits suicide by serial killer. Did he do it so his family would get an insurance pay out? I assume that dying from lung cancer wouldn't have entitled them to anything.

And no mention is made of that box with whatever's in it about Vance. But I'm sure it'll turn up again sometime next season, just when we need it most /sarcasm.

Pretty sure in one of the flashbacks Franks was talking to Gibbs about "not having much time left" and "being unable to outrun this"

I'm assuming Franks had some condition due to his long term smoking and knew he was on his way out.

Yeah, I doubt that anyone but Ducky is dead. I've not checked so I don't know if the actor is signed on for another year. I guess the will writing stuff really was foreshadowing. If the death does stick, I hate that they wrote him out in a way that left him to die all alone on a gloomy beach just after he'd been told his friends may be dead.

I could have lived without all the Jimmy stuff.

I agree.

I knew in advance that all the actors had signed their contracts which kind of ruined the cliffhanger for me. But I still cried when Ducky was in the hospital. What a sweetheart, so concerned about everyone else over himself.

I did find it hard to believe that McGee was fine considering how much of the blast it looked like he got in the finale. Expected at least hospitalization or something.

I was also thrilled to see that Brian Dietzen (Jimmy Palmer) finally got his name in the credits.
