Dragonfin Angelfish are pretty good also.

Fishing isn't crazy money, but if what you like to do is gather stuff very lazily and trot it out to the AH, it's right up your avenue. For raw cash/hour played nothing beats daily quests.
Where do I go for daily quests? It's not something that was around when I was around.
Again, thanks for everyones advice and for putting up with what may seem like stupid questions. lol
at Level 40whateveryou're at there are no 'daily' quests per se, but you can at minimum do one random dungeon and one random BG for a boost in cash and exp. Do at least one a day and you're done. At 80 is where the really lucrative (25g/turn in) dailies pop up in the Argent Tournament.
Ahh okay. Currently sitting at 46.![]()
Also, just a heads up, you might have an easier time leveling as affliction or demo(esp at 50), compared with Destro.
With Aff, you can dot up/fear multiple targets, have constant health regen and will never OOM.
With Demo your pet will be your own personal tank/dps, allowing you to sit back a bit and nuke without fear of pulling hate(you also get a few buffs you wouldn't otherwise get).
Destro certainly makes things go boom fast, but you loose a decent amount of time drinking every few pulls. If this fits your playstyle then go for it, but I find when i have to constantly stop for 20-30 seconds or so my attention wavers and a few minutes later I look up and am dead. The other problem I've had with Destro is relying on life tap keeps me at dangerously low health, and combined with me pulling hate off my pet I found myself dead more than I wanted.
I was teamed up with a Demonology Warlock when I last played. So they tanked and I blasted. We had good synergy, but since I just got back and am flat broke I want to keep at it and see if I can still do okay with the spec so I dont have shell out some G.
If it becomes a problem I will switch to Affliction.
And if last night was any indication I seem to get Random Dungeon parties fairly quickly so I wont have to rely on tanking stuff myself.![]()
Random dungeon party finds vary a lot between levels and times/days, you can go two levels of near instant queues then find yourself in 23 minute queues for a group that breaks instantly (QQ)
Affliction is definitely the way to go if you don't particularly care what style you use to level and have the means to switch to it
I would switch to Destro when you can get Chaos Bolt, it really is quite a game changer. I played on my friends destro lock from 67-68 and I could 1 shot shit with it.
I'd wait until your at least in full outlands green or blues for that, the jump in itemization really helps destro shine. Prior to that your crit rate and SP wont be high enough to reliably pull off BIG numbers, and you will be taking quite a few hits (which with destro's reliance on life tap isn't a good thing).
Again though it all comes down to playstyle. If you like blowing things up and dont mind eating drinking every three or four pulls, destro is good fun. If you prefer efficiency go Aff. If you want a power pet, go demo. One addition advantage of Aff/Demo, is you will be able to solo group quests, destro not so much.
edit: one thing i haven't mentioned because it doesn't so much apply to the OP, is heirloom trinkets make a big contribution in making Destro viable pre-outlands.
Well, I downloaded TomTom/WowGuide/Lightheaded Addons that were from the website that was recommended earlier. Things are going smoothly.
These knew tools and things make leveling a bit easier then I remember it being.![]()
So I've made it to 53 (Two bars from 54)
I'll be 55 by tonight. Then I'll create my Death Knight.
Leveling isn't the grind it was before, or at least it doesn't feel like it. I've been doing the Random Dungeon things while I've been following the leveling guide. Gives me a nice change up some times. Also I have plenty of money. Apparently Deviate fish are still good sellers. Tossed in some herbs and now I have more money then I know what to do with. lol
I think I will do full gathering on the Death Knight because it'll be a drain on myself to level up a skill as I am leveling up. Once I hit 80 I'll try out Blacksmithing.
