Wiki had no Info on Shield Mastery+1 as an Augment and its the first time i had heard of it or saw it, Figured it was interesting enough

My question was because I've seen it multiple times while soloing PDT Rings + Hairpins and I don't read this thread thoroughly. His answer was legitimate. Don't get bitchy with me missy!

I got a PDT-5% ring though, While not -6% I'm happy enough for my PDT builds, it came with MDT-4% too (Equal to Mermans) so i made 60k selling my Mermans!

Edit: Also, Yah it was the second time i really "Farmed" Brown boxes, Also got my GF a Refresh+1 Wivre Hairpin (Also not posted cause its "old"), But i genuinely hadn't seen the Shield Mastery+1 before XD.

Probably because you never bothered to check what stats were on the shields, since they suck.

I have to redo my farming because I got PDT5+6 rings, but none came with MDT. I also have seen 0 Hairpins after 6 intentional farm runs (5+ hrs).

If it helps any, even though I'm 100% positive its entirely random, Got our Refresh Hairpin after slaughtering Ypotryll, got my PDT ring from a Wivre.

We usually pick those two mobs cause they're usually avoided and Decent Challenge ~EM the first few kills.

(This is after a LS Farming session when we have time and capped lights)

I got one PDT-6/Enmity crit-something ring off Saplings, then a PDT-6/MDT-4 ring off Flans, then a PDT-5/MDT-6 ring off Funguars. 0 Refresh pins, but otherwise it was a good day.

I've also gotten a Regen +3 Barb at some point (someone charged time for me and then I farmed Tahrongi) for my Warrior's lolidle gear.

34h total in konsch solo got me refresh pin, 5 or 6 pdt-6% rings, 2 -6% mdt rings(that i didnt npc) total, refresh pin was at the end

and i'm never going back

Holy shit. It took me like maybe 5-7 hours or so to get a refresh pin, pdt-5, mdt-5, breath-3 ring. And i got my other pdt-4, mdt-2, crit-1 ring in an exp party.

Mine was actually two farming sessions (totaling maybe 6 hours?) One was duo, the other was with a small group (but I went off and duoed random stuff with the other BLM.) We happened to get a big gold with an awesome ring when we were off at Flans (rest of the party at Saplings) so I lucked out.

The opposite happened to me. First good ring (PDT/MDT5) I missed because I went out to get more Amber light off Emph mobs and the WHM + THF died leaving only the MNK that returned from afk to get it. The second ring was while I went afk and the WHM took that one (PDT5/MDT4). The second ring was NPCed for gil.
