Koenig Cuirass: #1 Resist Bind +1. #2 Enmity +4. #3 Converse MP +3. #4 Resist Virus +3 #5 Conserve MP+2 #6 Smooth synergy MP+15 Physical damage taken -3%.
I got up to STR+3 on My Heca Feet+1, also saw attack, MND, Gaxe skill, Polearm skill, and Scythe skill.
I suggest also specifying the tier of the HQ which can be determined from the amount of cinder you receive, seems to have an impact from the results I've observed. 10% extra over NQ is HQ1, 20% is HQ2, 30% is HQ3 (so 50,55,60,65 or 100,110,120,130, depending on the base amount).
Somewhat unrelated to the augments, the HQ tiers for the materials seem to be:
Seal -> Shard: NQ: 4, HQ1: 6, HQ2: 8, HQ3: 12
Abjuration -> Tatters: NQ: 8, HQ1: 10, HQ2: 12, HQ3: 18
My results below are my personal synths (71 synergy skill, perfect or +/-1 alignment for each synth with minimal impurity).
Zenith Crown:
NQ: Light Resist+2
HQ1: MAB+1, Dark Magic Skill +4
HQ3: MAB+2, Magic Crit Rate +3, Divine Magic Skill+5
Zenith Mitts:
NQ: Resist Slow +3
NQ: Enmity-2
HQ1: Thunder Resist+4, INT+2
HQ1: INT+3, Magic Burst Damage+7% (epic, or would be if MBs mattered anymore)
Genbu's Shield:
HQ1: Cure Potency+1%, Cure Spellcasting Time-6%
HQ1: Cure Potency+2%, Cure Spellcasting Time-4%
HQ2: HP+19, Cure Potency+2%
HQ3: HP+25, Magic Acc.+4, Cure Potency+4%

Oh, I needed to reduce impurity aswell as getting the perfect/nearperfect alignment? Damn.
Best I got on my Seiryu Kote's were STP+2 Crit hit rate+1, think it was a HQ1, only got 1 more seiryu scrap though ;/
I've been under the impression that reducing impurities generally improves your HQ chance when your alignments are good at the end of a synth. I don't know whether it's true or not, but at worst I'm just wasting some dark fewell. I don't know what else reducing impurities would do if not improve HQ chance, though.

VIT+3 AGI+5 STP+3 Byakko's Haidate HQ3, uh, seems really tempting for hi, but I have a feeling my previous stp+1 crit hit dmg+3% is better...

Alot of these augments don't even come close to rivaling AF3 +1 let alone +2 like SE said they might with smooth/HQ synergy.
The only thing I noted from all this is WAR can finally 5 hit Ukonvasara without the support of Carbonara, with sTP coming from Byakko's Haidate, but with the heavy loss of DA +5% and Haste +2% but 5 hit should make up for that loss I would think.
The 3 HQ3s I have gotten on Byakkos are:
Vit+4, Mnd+4, Store TP+3
Agi+5, store tp +3, crit dmg+3
Vit +4, Store TP+3, Crit dmg +4
So you can def get crit dmg and AGI together, but I don't care about NIN so I'm currently runnning with the crit dmg+4. Probably won't stop till I get a STR+4> with crit dmg+4> .
Friend of mine got Shield Mastery+1 on Koenig head.
Man, STP, and Crit on Byakko's is the tits. I can't wait to augment mine. Jishnu's is gonna be so happy.
I got:
VIT+5
Crit+3 STP+3
Then I got one with just STP+3 Crit+4 and took that one instead. Eventually, a +5 AGI/Crit/STP one is going to be super sexy, but I just went through about 16 byakko scrap things to get this, I'm content with it for now :3
