pretty sure it's the cap on both WSD/SCD, only thing that could make it better would be a random STR augment(if it's even possible)

I dropped a solid fastcast augment on Wyrmal Legs because it was low, only to blow 14 more tatters just to get any FC augment.

Don't believe str is possible(Edit: look down! /I'm_wrong_again) but getting up to 6 dex (For either shijin, or critrate) would make it "better", but it's very good already.

Didn't seem half bad when I saw it since it was max DA for the NQ, and although uncapped sTP--accuracy is obviously neither the guaranteed HQ augment or even in the uncommon pool, so that seemed interesting.

I've gotten WS DMG+3% on Kabuto twice... both times paired with either Resist Blind or Lightning Resist...

Stuck with my prettier, but not as good, DEX+4 Attack+6 WS DMG+2% out of principle.

WSD is HQ forced tho, so easy to get 3% at some point.

Yeah, saw that the other day and my RNG and COR cried.

Managed to get Acc+6 and TA+1 on my shadow breastplate on my second try. Better than nothing.
