and then talk to Brigid at conflux 8 while wearing at least 1 piece of empyrean armor. Can be NQ, HQ, or HQ2.

Was missing Scorp Breastplate when I did it and I swear every 3rd option she asked for it as if to spite me... I think I went 1/40ish on it not counting failures.

There was a girl in my shell that tried doing that quest for WHM Body Seals when it first came out. (Yeah, idk why either) but she went 1/1 on Refresh Subligar and was like "What the hell kinda stupid piece is this?" and tossed it because it wasn't an Orison Seal. Then when we explained to her that it meant it was 1/tick for idling in it was dead silence. She took maybe a dozen more tries before she got a 2nd one....
I'm like 0/50 so far and torturing myself doing it atm.

If you have to explain to your WHM what the benefit of idling in refresh is, you should have tossed her with the subligar.

It's not very common for people to even have an hMP set. Idle/Magic refresh is pretty potent now, not counting Abyssea where 15/tic from Atma is pretty standard for a WHM.

My mule has 6/tic in gear, and could have 7/tic. Non-Ghorn ballads are 9/tic, Daurdabla ballads are 11/tic, GHorn are 13 or 15/tic. Refresh II is 6/tic without any other gear enhancing it.
