It'd be useful any time you were taking hits from multiple targets (without Marches and such, though including that if there are enough).

Ker's isn't even useful, really, I just had it in my inventory because I didn't know what the stats were.

A lot of gil just for bard stuffs but it makes salvage pretty enjoyable. Still not close to optimal on the hands and feet, but I'm really happy with the head and body augments. The legs could be better but I'm not sure if the +2 STP is worth buying more seals for a dual wielding bard.

I modified the Thief DPS xml for bard and Kirin 3DW 2CR comes out ahead of Bard AF2+2 in pretty much all situations. It might only be due to the fact that I've got d.harp so I'm fulltiming double march and min, but even if you only have double march the delay reduction is pretty significant since you'll be capped on magic and gear haste.

AF2+2 actually comes out ahead on WS but not TP

You left out the crit rate aug on Kirin's Osode in your little slag but yes, the 25 attack will still win.

Again, changing the screencap with the adjusted minimum tp without providing gear screen isn't really helping you make your case either

There is still a difference in cycle time thats too large to be accounted for purely by WS
