I display 50 posts per page, and I'm getting a malware alert in the random image thread on page 44. Using google chrome if that matters. Hope this helps.

Someone's sig/avatar/linked picture is hosted on a site that contains malware. There's nothing infected on BG itself and there should be no risk to you browsing
