Not sure if that motherboard is anygood... I tend to stay away from MSI products and it's Micro-ATX.
I don't know about case... but for PSU, anything from Antec or Corsair from 500 to 750W depending on your needs...

MSI boards are fine.. in fact they've made up quite a bit of ground in the past couple years. I'd go with a full-size ATX board tho.
I have a terrible history with MSI though that was 5 to 10 years ago.
Shitty Geforce cards, non functionnal motherboard x2, sound chipset wasn't working on the third.
This mobo is 15$ more than yours but it's no micro, and is USB 3.0
To OP: I would get a board that takes the DDR3 sticks you just bought so it's not a total loss
To everyone else: Why full ATX instead of Micro? Just curious
Nothing wrong with them but they're generally aimed for mainsteam builds... lack of either some options (USB 3.0, extra PCi), not as good phases and they're not exactly made for overclock. (granted he didn't say he wanted any of this but the price difference is minimal so may as well.)

RAM question of mine that just started happening upon booting up just now.
Why the fk is my RAM Idling at 4.6 gigs...
W7 64bit w/ 6gb RAM triple channel.
This Just starting happening upon booting up, first time its done this since building this rig back in February. Also my 920 is running at 2.8 ghz for w/e reason... I mean even when I first had to OC my RAM to XMP profile to run at 1600 it had been running fine at stock speed, month or so ago, it bumped up to 2.8 out of nowhere. Gdit it all to shit, ready to just about buy my SSD and reinstall.
Upon writing this, the RAM has gone down to 3.88gb
EDIT: Figured out the problem on the RAM. By Slecting Colum in Task Manager and enabling Memory - Commit, it shows me that avgschsva.exe is sucking up 4.4 gigs. Gotta figure out how to disable this completely now...
Full atx is better than micro because it gives you more upgrading options down the road. Most micro boards have 1 pcie 16 slot and maybe 1 pcie and 1 pci. If you never plan on running xfire, sli, or adding more cards such as a sound and wireless card micro atx is sufficient. Personally I'd rather have the options even if I don't use them.
Yep that pretty much fixed the problem, gonna go look around the Anti-Virus threads at some later date for when I get my SSD, for a new Anti-Virus.
