214k gold - $1000
One of those 80s is DECKED - $4000 (Shadowmourne, all Server first titles, Mimiron's Head, ToGC mount)

I can't come up with anything else that would cause someone to buy an account for 28k. As it stands $4600 is a ton for even the best single character. 28k in gold is 5.6mil gold at the very generous (high) price of $5/1000. 1 mil is way more than 99.9999% of the playerbase will ever have, I only know of two people that have ever reached that mark and they busted balls to do it.
