OAT or OA2-3 Polearm for DRG?

OAT by a lot.

I'm not even sure if either of those are good considering the low amount of accuracy, maybe I should stick to Pizza+1 on Sam.

I would really, really doubt that any non-usu 5 hit is worth it. You're not only dropping dusk gloves, you're also wearing hoard ring. Usu body/feet is considerably less...negative stats.

The second build seems a bit counter productive. You're going through all that effort for a slower GK with STP...only to use it in a 6 hit with sword strap? Er...

I don't see what other GKT would be as good. The only comparable one I see is the STR+6 Attack+20 or the D:91 Delay:450.

The first has 436 Delay so would require sacricing multiple slots for STP, the second has 450 Delay so would require 1 slot be used for Store TP, Mine has 450 delay with Sword Strap and requires no extra Store TP slots.

Basically, the extra 40% base damage from OAT overwhelms the extra 30% attacks/round from OA3.

The split on OA2-3 is 50:30:20. This is a far cry from, say, Soboro Sukehiro that has 30:50:20. As it stands, the attack frequency doesn't gain nearly enough to cover for the massive gap in base Damage when compared to a strong weapon with a 60:40 OA2 split.

I thought that Teal Slops beat Mahatma Slops and that Genie Weskit beat Teal Saio. Alternatively, go here and plug in your MAB/INT/etc. Should be a good way of telling what beats what.

As far as I know, all curries (including the bun forms) always had that kind of party-based hidden effect that scales up with party size. For example, Black Curry's defense bonus rises to 25% among other attributes (never determined whether there is a cap, though). Red Curry's attack bonus is supposed to rise from 23% to 25% (cap still 150 though).

It is checked at the time of consumption, and to clarify, the number of party members is determined by those who are actually in the same zone as you when you actually consume it. I checked this a long time ago, but this is what I recall.

As long as they don't break your 6-hit, any of the completed level 80 Great axes will be better than Perdu. Fire Atlas (STR/Atk) may be the best option that doesn't involve NMs. The fully upgraded OAT Great Axe may be the best damage option overall.

I think it was mathed a little while ago that the DMG+ path is essentially equal to the OAT path. Each time you don't WS at 100% the OAT becomes the lesser of the two.

For a SAM 6-hit, what should I be using for my 11 STP? I have zero intention/patience for Salvage, so Usu gear is basically out. Current TP set is:

I've been trying to see where I can throw in 5 STP so I can use a Hauby, but all the choices I can think of aren't too appealing since I'll lose Haste in some form. Any suggestions?
