Eh flans aren't that bad. There's normally a lot of people on that trial that gather up on firesday to kill flans at the blm camp. When I did my str sword we had 18 people there killing flans.

Yeah, flans are a joke. Gkatana, scythe, sword, and polearm all have flans for the fire path, so there's an alliance of people out there every firesday. Just have to spread out and out-claim the retarded blms that still xp out there.

Acceptable yes, but -recast improves your maximum Waltz output over time by a much greater amount than Etoile Tiara ever could and it's of greater use if the situation is dire. I'm strongly considering making that headpiece over a STR/WSDMG hat I could use on 3 jobs.

As far as actual build input goes, WS gorget and get rid of Pallas asap.

Acceptable, yes, but I'd still reconsider your decision. I've come to realize from personal experience that dancer's only real limitation in regard to their ability to heal is waltz recasts. I'd be perfectly capable of maintaining an entire alliance of /WAR and /SAM DD as the sole healer if I had an Anwig, and while its not completely out of the question without it, I've still had several deaths that are simply due to me waiting for that last second or two on the recast.

Thorny generally sticks me in the shitty melee party(the only other main DNC in my shell is slightly more qualified, and his girlfriend >_>), so I usually miss out on Chaos Roll and SV Minuet4. I'm always hurting for any additional attack.

If I didn't need attack as badly as I do(think I have ~450-550 depending on whether Berserk is up or not). Conversely, I wouldn't use anything with STR/DEX/CHR+6 over 12 attack for DE in such a situation, either.

Hmm. 12 attack -6 CHR vs 4 STR 6 attack = 4 attack vs 1.4 base damage. Assuming the -CHR only knocks you down 2 base damage rather than 3 (so it's 4 attack v 1 base damage), I'm still struggling to justify it with 450+ attack. 1 base damage should be at least a 1.1% increase, whereas at that level of attack 4 more is less than a 1% increase. I am assuming you have Denali to begin with though, as I really can't think of anything else I'd use if I had neither Enkidu's nor Denali.

EDIT: A quick search turns up Barbarian Mittens and Slither Gloves as alternatives, but lol @ Goblin Collector and I don't think we know where the gloves come from
