Usually during lunch most people would play soccer or basketball, both of which I blew hard at, but I was pretty decent at football and rugby whenever games would go on. Whenever we had track and field in gym class I raped hard at discus and shot put, but was pretty junky at everything else.

Played Football from 4th grade till 9th grade. Was pretty successful as the starting Quarterback and took my team to the Midget Football Superbowl (fuck yeah.) When I started in High School, my commitment level dropped off and I ended up spraining my neck, getting 2-3 concussions and tearing cartilage in my throwing wrist. By my Junior year of High School I no longer played.

Played soccer in rec leagues for like two years in preteens, was a goalie, hated it.

played baseball in rec leagues from like 8-20 (wood bat league after high school), pitcher/3B/OF.

Played football first two years of high school, WR/CB, but too many injuries and quit.

Ran indoor/outdoor track soph-senior in high school, lettered in every event from 100m-1600 including hurdles, main events were 400/400IH, made it to second level of group state meets in the 400IH (56.8 ). Ran Cross Country Junior/Senior year to stay in shape. Was Varsity and Captain in all 3 sports.

Took karate for like 6 years until I was 15, brown belt.

Used to do some friendly boxing/sparring in early college.

For a couple years in late teens/early 20s I played Basketball 4 times a week or so at work, was pretty good, but then when most of my friends moved away that ended.

And yes I consider shit I did in late high school to be "stuff I did as a kid" because I am now as old as dirt.

Damn kids, get off my lawn.

I was amazing at field hockey. I sucked at skating so real hockey wasn't my forte. But I had amazing stick handling skills.

I was also really good at Lacrosse and Badminton. Pretty much any sport that forces you to use some sort of racket, or stick I was amazing at.

Played a lot of soccer as a kid, but stopped prior to middle school. That's about it.

Was a really good free safety in high school ball, almost played for UConn but no way I could focus on keeping average high enough to keep scholarship and play ball at same time. Wasn't good enough for athletic scholarship, but you take free schooling where you can get it right?

I used to play Football (soccer) and (field) Hockey as a wee kid. Think Under-10s and Under-12s. Tried following in my dad's footsteps since he'd played everything as a kid and used to travel a bit playing the hockey back when local teams didn't suck balls.

Whatever sport I played though I played defence for some reason, always on the left.
Some love of getting in peoples way or some shit I suppose.

I suspect that I may have liked either sport as a kid but nowadays all I remember is the fact that I'd play my position and everyone else would think they were a striker and lived in the oppositions half.
Any goals that went in were my fault. Apparently sticking to my position meant I was supposed to cover all of midfield and all of the back of the pitch along with my position.

I also remember the coaches shouting at me both when I did move out of position to try to intercept, and when I didn't because I got yelled at the last time I tried.
Then there was that one coach who insisted I had to play Forward despite the fact I had always been a defender and had no clue what to do.

Only highlights involve almost breaking some kids kneecap with a hockey stick trying to get the ball (stick bounced off the astroturf and the kid was a dick) and making a pass all the way up the pitch from the corner-flag to the retard forward who was asking for a pass.
Despite getting the ball all the way up the pitch diagonally, past two teams, the cockwipe refused to move 2 feet to intercept and complained when the ball went past him.

Both these experiences ruined all team sports for me.

I used to run track too, 200m typically. For some reason I couldn't outright sprint, needed the longer track to get into gear.
Really used to like it as a kid. Can't stand running in the least now.

Think it has to do with that time my school forced me into a tournament I didn't want to go to and me not performing because I didn't want to be there and everyone getting pissed off at me for not winning or some shit. Must have been 12 or 13 at the time.

I can't recall if I was any good at anything though. I know I wasn't bad at any of it, maybe average to good? At least during the "this if fun" stage.

Now I'm just a lonely skaterfag with no technical ability, zero consistency, and a fucked up knee.
    Would never trade it though.

I played soccer from like 1st to 5th grade I believe. Did baseball around the same time. Was on basketball team for 4th and 5th grade, but the 2nd year we got a new coach that just moved to town and favored his son pretty bad, so ended up quitting.

Didn't play any sports up until junior and senior year of high school when we got a lacrosse team. Ended up quitting through senior year because another school district's coach insulted ours and he was on a bad ego trip from being butthurt and pretty much only the starters played. Didn't sign up to be the waterboy or cheerleader.

I played Baseball and Football up until my junior year in high school. I was a stand out defensive baseball player. The last 3 years I played, I didn't commit an error. I also drew a lot of hit by pitches. 18 times in 1 season and 5 times in one game. Pitchers hated me for some reason.

Throughout grade school I was a stand out receiver in football. Ex QB's who'd led our high school team to state said they didn't have players who could catch like me. So naturally when I joined the high school team they made me a defensive lineman because I didn't have a last name. I started 2 years there leading the team in forced fumbles both years.

I always loved playing soccer, quit after high school because I fractured my ulna, radius, then one of my phalanges, and last my nose. I also tried my hands at fencing, karate, and boxing. To this day I still practice shadow boxing. One of my passions is to jog, I'm addicted to it.

My favorite little league moment that didn't even involve me. I was in 5th grade I think.

So this one kid, he was absolutely huge (as in tall) compared to the rest of us but he couldn't make contact worth shit.

We're a good deal into the season and he has yet to get a base hit. Well, he finally connects to a ball and sends it over the fence for a HR. Woo right?

Next game his friends come and they ask the coach "Did he really hit a home run like he said he did?"

Coach: "Did he also say that's his only hit on the year?"

Fucking SERVED. My coach was a dick hahahahaha. We're fucking 5th graders, kid hits a home run, and he's still a dick to him hahahaha

I was a fast lil shit. Ran track 100m and 4x100 top time of 10.7 in 100m. Which carried over to football and baseball. Baseball I wasnt a power hitter, but good OBP and lead my league for 3 years in stolen bases. Football was catch the ball and run the fuck away from all the big guys lol. Pretty decent hands and agi helped make me a good slot reciever even though i was short. Kickoff/punt returner etc. Ahh those were some good times.

I did Little League for 2 years but I sucked ass. I was the tallest kid in my 6th grade basketball league so I pretty much dominated.

In 7th grade I lost every match in wrestling, while in 8th grade I was undefeated.

In high school I was a theater faggot and didn't do any sports. Though I was the 3rd fastest sprinter in my PE class of 90 kids, which was kind of funny because I was one of the fattest kids there lol.

Ah shit, my type of thread.

    Track and Field

State Champion for the 400 dash, and High Jump. Could've been 200 without a doubt but I had issues that I'll mention soon.

I set the record state for both the 400dash and High Jump as well. Both as a Sophomore in High School.

Never did sports past my Sophomore year though, because I broke my hip three times. Once during my Freshmen season. Once during my second meet during my Sophomore season. Which is what made that even more special, because I came back later that year and one it all. And once during practice my Junior year. Also broke my neck and stopped sports all together.

    Football

If I may brag, I was a kick ass defensive end. Had a small team, so I played Wide Out as well but I didn't have the greatest hands admittedly. Our team sucked ass, we never won a game during my Freshmen year. My senior year they went to the state championship game though. Go figure.

Also played Basketball which I wasn't to great at but nobody could jump like me. Wrestled for half a season because my brother was state champ. I never lost a match but didn't care for it and quit so I could work out for track.

Edit: Forgot to mention Cross Country. I did that for one season after I couldn't do football anymore. My hip bothered me and I wasn't the greatest long distance runner. But I loved doing it cause I love running and it helped my short game. Used to get around 17-18 minute mark.
