Could FFXI ever run on the IPad?

Do you do this through teamviewer or the Pro2 can actually run ffxi?

The pro2 is a laptop by its own right, just an optional keyboard that could be attached, fulfilling the tablet requirement.

No, there isn't.

The only way to play something like that on a tablet/phone would be streaming it through the network, I did that with my Galaxy S2 and WoW to check the AH, but the lag made it unplayable, you can chat and do basic things like move around awkwardly, but not anywhere near to be playable, plus these games are not playable with a touch screen anyway.

That's not entirely true. They don't have perfect compatibility, but the games that have been focused on are emulated well.



However, that level of emulation quality is obviously not going to happen on an iPad.

Yeah, i'd be surprised if pcsx2 ran even a single game without some kind of issue. Some are more or less okay, but really, not many. Most have issues serious enough to make it not worth bothering with. To be fair, ps2 emulation is a nightmare, and it's impressive that it works as well as it does, but ultimately, it's still pretty awful.
