The new apple store app allows you to do the whole reservation process very easily, for those of you who are still having problems getting through. Although that way you do have to pick it up in person, but better that than nothing at all I suppose.

Went into the ATT store and ordered it there, they took down the order on a paper receipt and they'll enter it in later. Had to have it shipped to store because I'm not in my place 0600 to 1700 and they require signatures

I ordered it thought apple.com, and whatever the billing address is for the at&t account....... is the address the phone is shipped to.

I had a option to input my bill information, and billing address....... but actual shipping address could not have been changed when ordering the phone.


However now that its ordered, I have the option to change the shipping address while reviewing the order........... i'm too chickenshit about losing the order though, if i change the address lol

Forgot to mention I got mine ordered like an hour or 2 ago. I recommend using IE, for some reason, pages loaded further/faster and I could try again if they failed sooner.

I ordered mine through apple. Although its weird...when I clicked on the last "check out" or w/e (After putting in my cc info + address) it gave me the spinning thing of death...i clicked "Back" and it said my order went through and it gave me an Order Number...it said it was gonna send me a confirmation email but it never did( this was 2 hours ago). Is it all the traffic thats hitting the website thats screwing up the emails? or should I be scared?!

I don't think Tyche ever got a confirmation email and he already had his funds pulled out of his account, I wouldn't worry about it too much
