I got a second phone in the mail today..

So I got 2 phones and charged for 2 phones. Should I return it or should I try and sell it on eBay?

My thing is, if I sell it on eBay, I'm afraid they'll eventually see that I got two phones at the early upgrade price and charge my AT&T account more to compensate for the other phone that I got at the early upgrade price.

Thoughts/Suggestions?

Just make sure you take the sim out first if you want to sell it on ebay. When ordering direct, they already set your phone number in the sim so when you plug it into itunes, it transfers your line to the sim in the phone.

I just left the AT&T store they couldn't find the order in their system, well they found it but it said cancelled. I'm on the phone with AT&T right now and they're showing all my orders were cancelled, they're like you should do the honest thing and return it but we have no records of it ever being shipped.

Tell them that your orders were cancelled and you want the money back that they took out of your account. Then tell them you never gotthe phones. No contract renewal and 2 free iPhone fours.

I am 100% buying this phone, however, in the lieu of all the "issues" (used loosely), should I wait for a hardware revision before buying one? I'm in Canada, so I still have a few weeks give or take before it hits stores here. I mean, I'm STILL using a first gen iPhone (yes, unlocked because it was never released here), and I am so limited now by it's age, that I want this new one more than ever. I just don't want something that's flawed because of something so trivial such as a grip. For what it's worth, I ALWAYS buy a case, so if that's a guaranteed fix, should I just man up and not worry about it?

The antenna issue is minor as far as I'm concerned. I've had every iPhone since they came out and this one truly has the best call quality. I've always used a case to protect my investment so I don't mind using a bumper one bit

there's no real public outcry about it... it's just blogs like gizmodo (who are still butthurt over the stolen iPhone fiasco) blow it way out of proportion. it has to be like a grip though. if you just hold it nothing happens, at least for me.

It's amusing because apple fired all of it's antenna engineers. They're hiring new ones, apple fucked up pretty bad on the antenna. The phone is only saved by the fact that it sends a cleaner signal with less noise, even if it's at a lower gain/output.
