I'll give them props for giving out free cases, but they haven't actually admitted that they made a design flaw. It was basically 20 minutes of saying "nothing is wrong" followed by offering a bandaid for a problem that apparently doesn't exist.

Refund on cases has been made clearer. No refunds on 3rd party cases, only for the ones Apple chooses apparently. Which is kind of dumb, the SwitchEasy case was cheaper than a bumper.

The death grip is a problem with every smartphone on the planet according to Apple now, so I doubt they'll fix it.

They didn't say a free bumper, they said a free case that they'll have to get from another vendor sinc apple cannot produce enough bumpers.

If the white i4 has no grip problems, apple will be fucking themselves, because it would be admitting there was a hardware problem and gives tons of people actual ground to stand on about it being a defect and not "just as planned" design

Same, especially since it's cheaper than the bumper. Have you seen switcheasy just released their "colors" line with the jellybean home button. I hate that site, I want one of every case they have.

Agreed. I love the phone nude, which is probably why the switcheasy nude is my favorite case so far. Also, if this is a double post I don't care. I'm posting from my iPhone in 3G and one of you aholes should have responded by now. Lol just noticed I have half a bar in my firehouse with a nude case on, now THAT'S AT&T.
