'Sack Tapping' -- A Schoolyard Game Turned Ugly

I remember like 5 or 6 years ago my favorite band at the time was playing at the warped tour like 4 hours away from me so I went over to catch them. The guitar tech was a friend of a friend, so I kinda knew the band and was able to hang out with them for most of the day. Their singer was big into sack tapping at the time, and hit me in the balls like 3 times that day. So I got to hang out with my favorite band, but I kept getting hit in the nuts, so it was kind of bittersweet.

Back in middle school i remember this happening a lot till some kid tried it out on the principal. The kid was a hero for like two weeks.

I don't even remember which click it was that started doing this in middle school. I just remember going to different classes and seeing kids go down to their knees with giggles and laughter all around them. The really weird thing is i don't ever remember any fights being started because of it.

As for the e-thuggery, I can attest that I would have reflexively blocked any strike aimed at my crotch. I have an evil bitch of a little sister who learned that while she couldn't match me in a contest of strength, a knee to the groin worked well. After a couple times I don't even recall seeing whatever was aimed at my nuts, I just block/catch/dodge and check what it was later.

Also there is something similar that we used to do when I was working construction. Its called Hard Hat Check, (no balls involved) if someone was wearing a hard hat you would sneak up behind them and hit the top of their hard hat with yours as hard as you could. It didn't hurt much but it was loud as hell.
