When I worked at a restaurant we used to do this. Was our 'thing' like how in the movie waiting they showed each other their balls. My boss did this to one of the High School kids working there part time. Kid started crying so he sent him home for 'being a bitch'. Later that night cops showed up. Needless to say, we got a new boss.
