B) There is actually a separate law for doing something like that in front of kids. If you go show your dick to an adult (who didn't want to see it), you wouldn't get the same charge as showing your dick to a minor. There is no difference on whether you throw the cat in front of the wall by yourself, in front of an adult, or in front of a minor in the eyes of the law.
