10 hours? Did you rush through the story missions? I don't know where to check my game time but I should definitely be getting near 10 hours now and I'm just now at the last mission of the first island I think.

is there any point to do the UDC stuff (or w.e its called) outside of the trophies? even the dev ones don't seem that great. Oh yeah, and anybody know if you can get the UDC achievement (from doing 10 or 20 of them) from just doing the dev ones, or do you actually have to do the crap ppl make?
Um, the point is to find missions you enjoy or get creative making some. Or ignore it altogether if it isn't your kind of thing. I enjoyed a few of the dev created ones. Others were lame. For my life I couldn't get the Magic Carpet ride one done.
Also just got to the second island. I think its really cool they incorporated the New Orleans levies breaking idea and have the town flooded. Water all of the place makes me feel a little less invincible as the Electric Man.
Beat it a little while ago

Gonna have to second the dead drops annoyance. They are spaced in the most ridiculous manner possible, ~1-13 or so on first island, then the rest on part 2 of hte 2nd island, none in Katrina ville, so after every story mission in part 2 of the second island I'd get a string of ~2-5 birds in a row w/ dead drops.
edit: Also another gripe is as fun as the Tesla missile game was to alleviating the monotony of 15 levels of sewers, it would've been a lil cool if they at least had 1 power station reactivation work like that for old time sake.
Man, I just beat the game being evil. Holy crap, the ending is so depressing.Spoiler: show
Overall, it was a really fun game. Nothing really struck me as epic in the game, but it was still really well put together. Those ice fuckers were just annoying as shit though.
I'd give this game a 7/10 personally. I liked it but I felt the lack of real bosses was a let down.
Had nothing to do this week so I platinum'd the game. I thought the good ending was really well done. The infamous ending was pretty hardcore. Unfortunately, both end bosses are not challenging even on hard difficulty.
In fact hard difficulty is not challenging in general.
Once you get Ionic Storm every challenge that was in the game is gone.
Just got to the final mission. I liked the twist about the beast's identity. I should've seen it coming but I didn't.
Spoiler: show
Beat the evil path. I was glad about the final choice in the game. Most of the evil choices made it seem like I was being a dick for no reason. I felt the last one was justified.
Spoiler: show
Also annoyed about how late you get Ionic Thunder thingy. There were no large enemies to make use of it on since I got it right before the final mission...
Time to start a good playthrough. I'm glad the abilities are varied a lot for both sides this time around so it'll feel a little bit different.
Restarted from the get go today, lost 4 hours easily as I was moving through. Learned how to hover using cars, so I entered the third island prematurely, and hoo boy did I get my arse handed to me really quickly by thoseSpoiler: show
Wish the game had a built-in snapshot tool, some good sights in the game, especially from way the fuck high up. At any rate, so glad to see there's a power for making blast shards easier to find once you've done everything else the game has to offer....
Didn't realize my EB Games pre-order bonus gave me all of the skins as well as that kinetic lightning power, so I've been bouncing between Cole having a katana, and Sly's cane as his melee weapon.
Those dudes you're talking about above Kaisha.. I still don't know what their weakness is.
However, everything in this game is weak to cluster grenade spam.
They don't particularly have a weakness. They're just like normal enemies with more mobility.
I'm talking about the dude that throws ice at you and charges you. Those are so fricking annoying.
The Titan? The strategy I found works best is blowing off both it's arms with lightning rockets. Then it'll kneels on the ground for a bit and you can run up to it for a quick time event that exposes it's face. Unload until it drops. Also, if you don't attack it for a while it'll begin to heal itself, so watch for that. A lot of side missions in the 3rd area involve a titan, so you'll get used to it.
Not those. The medium sized guys.
Same strategy works really. Rockets, Magnum Bolts, and Grenade spam.
Grenade Spam. Everything.
