    i felt like this when i watched the trailers/gameplay, but now that im just going through the intro, it's confirmed for me:

    this game plays/feels a lot like ME. ME2 in particular, what with the "we can rebuild him!" theme. not to say that i dont like it, i loved the ME series, and from the past 20 minutes, i'm liking this game...

    I think the similarities between mass effect and deus ex end at "we can rebuild him"

    to me, this game feels like metal gear solid, but that's probably my choice of playstyle and upgrades. Generally though if i'm spotted, its game over man, game over.

    The "we can rebuild him" thing is more Robocop though.

    Plotwise, Deus Ex games are certainly more reminiscent of Metal Gear Solid games. Just a lot more focused.

    Does it come back to bite you in the ass if you didn't pay him his "reward" for the autopsy report? Mallick didn't say anything about money and I was like fuck this guy, I already paid someone else 5k for information you aren't milking me! He didn't seem very happy, could just be making empty threats like Anon does all the time.

    not that i know of, i paid him anyway though, not like money is hard to come by in the game
