    Not sure what people expected. I dont expect live streaming Skype video chat from my phone.

    The down side I see to it is only Iphone 4 to Iphone 4.. So i cant video chat/skype to other people (im sure they'll be an app out for that soon though).

    i love the wifi only requirement, so if i don't want my gf to know where i am all i have to say "there's no wifi here"

    Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. lol. I love that you can flip the camera from front to back for source if you have a lot of people.

    Yeah, probably. Steve said it's all based on existing open standards so there's (probably) no reason app developers or even other phone developers can't implement FaceTime too. (except the usual ones like money)

    I'm a little worried about the iAd thing. Are ads going to be on everything, or is it just something to make it easier for third party app store apps to incorporate ads into their free apps?

    They're going to be no more obtrusive than the ads that are currently in free apps. The only difference will be that when you click on the iAds, they'll actually be a little mini experience on their own via a movie, or a tiny little program allowing you to do something interactive with that particular ads product.
