Oh sod off. We all know you're some android lover boy, reading your posts and quite frankly I'm sick of your douchiness. Have fun using near non-existent 4g and a battery that'll die in 2.5 hours searching for said 4g.

So, the main selling point of the phone has to be disabled for it to be competitive usage wise? And you have to resort to scoffing at my purchases to complete your defense? Yeah. Just the douchebaggery I've been talking about.

And to what does one need 4g on full-time? Turn it on when you need extra speed or have your charger handy, and in meantime be on a phone running on a superior OS (opinion I know, but that's mine) and one that I all together think is a better product even ignoring the OS difference. Changeable memory & battery AND not being shackled to at&t, who I had nothing but bad experiences with then I was customer are reason enough to consider the evo a better purchase then the new iPhone.

I've had the droid for a little over 7 months so far I can count the number of times with a closed fist that I've said to myself "well golly gee I'm glad I had a changeable memory & battery"

btw Verizon to me is shit. I can't get a signal in the second floor of my house while I never had that problem with ATT in the past. It depends on the person.

My biggest disappointment with the hardware is that it doesn't come as 32gig for 199 and 64 gig for 299

Apple is cheap. Get as much money from consumers while you can with spending as little money as possible. No other phone atm is 64GB so Apple figures they can make more money by not adding a 64GB version. Same thing they did with the iPod Touch that had the camera slot already built in but they didn't put in the camera.
