Normally I wouldn't worry too much with some basic mods on a vehicle, but "Insane sound system"...I'd be walking away. Not because OMGmods, but OMGkiddie/tard, and chances of improper maintenance and abuse.

I'm really starting to lean towards the car now. I just wish I had some replies in favor of trucks.

I personally follow sports car + truck, however the truck is more like a tool rather than transportation. Its big and bulky, a rougher ride, and cant carve turns. Unless someone needs a truck constantly for towing, hauling, or the 3 mile off road driveway to your weekend home, I wouldn't recommend having only a truck. More of a handful to drive and not fun for day to day in tight spaces.

For only having 1 car, I'd say something more like a Mazdaspeed 3 or VW GTI.

For snow, like others said, its all about the snow tires. Id wheel out in a winter tired RWD roadster over an AWD with all seasons.
