Crazy stuff, like mustard, relish, onions, etc.
Crazy stuff, like mustard, relish, onions, etc.
I just realized that I didn't put my answer in the form of a question.
A properly topped hot dog consists of: Mustard, onion, tomato, green relish, two hot peppers, celery salt, and a pickle spear.
Speed limits are still fucking dumb here. Everything is 10 MPH under what it should be. Until you get like 10 miles in any direction outside the city, its 50 or 55. Closer to downtown its 50 (I think, I never pay attention because it changes so much) then on the bypass (894) its 55. I usually go 65-70 since there are generally no cops around, and when there are they are pretty obvious about it.
It should also be clarified that dressing a non-hot dog sausage in the same way as a hot dog is also a big no-no. Italians/Brats/Polish get sauteed onions and spicy brown mustard(normal yellow mustard is fine for hot dogs).
Here in Belgium they ruin hotdogs completely by taking a perfectly good dog and then putting a PILE OF SAUERKRAUT on it. Then ketchup.![]()
Pretty close to what New York dogs are like, though those still have mustard instead of ketchup.

Six pounds of beef or pork BBQ, fucking delicious as hell, and I'm extremely picky about meat preparation. Any fucking gristle, or incorrect textures, or the wrong cut, or anything in there: blacklist.
Corky's is god tier.

I cannot take any BBQ seriously that you can buy in a fucking box, that's not real BBQ.
Fucking terrible.
Don't get me wrong, I love Gino's but

has them beat the last few years. Soooooo frickin good.
Willis (SEARS!) tower was a good time too. They've stepped up the presentation quite a bit.
Ive had Bbq in Memphis and it was alright, not Corky's tho. But it still cant hold a candle to the Pitt or Fletchers, which are in NC.
Fucking Giordanos is deep-dish tits. Fuckin' thing is so heavy I can't lift a box if you get take-out one-handed. God DAMN I am fucking hungry.
Also get the FUCK out with that Memphis-so-called-BBQ bullshit. Western Carolina or go home. Pulled fucking pork.
Man I get cussy talking about food.
Giordano's does not remotely compare to Lou's. I'm getting all hot and bothered here with all this talk about sassages and BBQs and deep dish.
To be fair, I've never had Lou's, I'm ashamed to say. Shit's pricey but I've never heard anything but amazing about it.
