Well not like it matters anyways, CBP probably has vastly different rules and regulations from other law enforcement agencies.
While I agree what the officer did was wrong and should be punished I don't necessarily think this is "outrage" worthy. At least for me, and I would assume others, outrage often comes not from the incident, but when there are issues surrounding the incident. By that I mean things like hidden tactics, hate crimes, neglect on laws, over the top violence, etc. Looking at the video, it looks more like the officer made a really bad judgment vs. abusing power (though this is debatable), which again is something he should be punished for. However, it looks like the authorities are doing exactly what needs to be done, and there is no cover-up.
Is it a sad story? yes.
Is it something that should create outrage? not necessarily for everyone depending on how they view things.
I'm not going to bother with the rest of the ridiculous posts here, but I think I'll use this post to demonstrate something lacking from Kuya's side of the argument (i.e. something he should bring up). Note what you have said in the bold. You admit that the officer needlessly murdered the child. At the same time, you don't believe he should go to jail. However, many of the murders we see today occur due to the heat of the moment. Moreover, individuals in these situations are prosecuted under the law and sent to jail. Why should the officer be exempt from such punishment?
Wow 8 pages on something that happened in my home town, I'm surprised.
It really is a terrible place to live.
I wonder why these pacifist circle jerks never decry the person throwing stones or w/e aggressive act that gets them shot or tasered... You should be ashamed of yourselves for blaming the victim.
And I wonder why these Fascist loving circle jerks never decry the Military and/or Law enforcement no matter what the situation is and constantly defend them using the same lame tired ass argument "you don't know whats its like to be these people!"
If they Voluntarily join the military/law enforcement you can't use that argument.
How can you make that determination before any charges are filed if they're filed.
My guess will be the Texas DA or whomever is in charge of pressing charges will cave into pressure and drop the charges.
Even if he does come up on charges there isn't a court in Texas that would convict this guy of killing a Mexican. They want this shit to be a pasttime down there.
The kid is stupid. Border patrol did his job. Don't be a dumbass throwing rocks at someone with a gun is the moral of the story.
No problem.
I read the OP and that was it. Get over it.
Mexican kid is stupid.
umm that's EXACTLY why I said people's reactions will be different, because it's based on what people think what happened, and how they view the situation. Again I am not justifying what he did, as I said he did a stupid thing, I am saying that not everyone is going to be outraged, nor should it be expected that they need to be.
You are completely correct that this could turn sour and THEN people might be outraged. But I'm not about to be outraged with what might happen, and you can't expect others to be as well.
Again we are limited on info, so you can't expect everyone to be outraged. Which was all I am trying to say.
shitcandle lol cute
