Though I hope NIN is getting something more than just Tonko:San lol.
If Scan has been changed I assume it'll become available, most likely to Scholars.

White Wind is already in the .dats as a Blue Magic spell so I don't see how it is relevant lol. Those spells will be unlocked anyway.

Psychic? No. I just read what the developers say in their interviews...
BLU spells in the .dats will be unlocked as we go up in caps as well as adding new ones, glad you have a more reliable source though.

good point about the poison fruit though. i'll still make a mint on suckers who buy poison pots though. (assuming mandies are the go-to exp mobs).
