Posted this on other tech forums trying to get help, but(i guess) it was so trivial an issue that it was completely ignored lol.

Hard to explain. Normally, everything is fine. When my Livejournal is open in a tab, my Cursor flickers. Sometimes it only starts when I mouse over something, other times it starts right away. Wtf? I took a video(unlisted, so can't embed):

Anyway, obviously not a life shattering problem... but I'd like to get it figured out.
