how is jtorque in a different league than nhands?

Jtorque isn't any rarer than nhands in this day and age.. how many decent shells have scheduled sky or sea farming? If you want a Jtorque, you get justice pops. If you want nhands, you get byakko pops. The only caveat is that if your shell does byakkos frequently for haidate you might get a freebie off someone's pop.. but the reality is that any melee in a decent shell has had haidate for ages.
