Our Aegis uses /nin on Yilbegan as well and we don't even get close to wiping, so I'm gonna ignore that Aegis comment and say they either tanked the wrong way when those wipes occured, or aren't really good at it(DI tank /nin works wonders).

As for the Hauteclaire comment, you're retarded. You are suggesting not subbing ninja, yet using Joyeuse or Magian OAT Sword? As /nin I understand why Haute is bad even on Yilbegan, but any other sub, no. Bandwagon is bad sometimes.

Only fought Brooder once, but with 8 ppl & it wasn't hard, other then its enplague it was a normal straight forward fight w/out any real damaging TP moves.

Mictlantecuhtli (Serpentes hands) is pretty easy too, have tanks/melee turn when he's not casting magic and have BLMs use nukes, t3 have a nice casting to go off before he started casting again, and when hes casting have melee WS. I don't think i saw it cast any -ga3s but you could just have BLMs stun those if youre worried about tanks taking too much dmg. Wiki does says outside of drain its magic is pretty weak though. Since it charms, you probably want 2 tanks to be safe.

Both should be killable by 3-6 I'd think.

I've duo'd Both SAM/NIN and RDM/WHM.

Charm is not a problem, just have the RDM kite it, if you pull it close to the northern conflux then it's even easier to manage.


Edit: Brooder is easier, as long as it's debuffed(Paralyze owns it) and the tank is hasted. The fight is a joke, I didn't get hit once.

Easy to solo Brooder, never tried to solo mict but it's also an easy duo. Three people makes it drooling easy.
