Actually they are, you just have to go back some 70+ years to see it.

Reports saying Utah joining though, so they are probably the best team in the conference lol

edit: the beavers dont have the stones to win the pac10. Then again neither does cal
The moves (at least the Colorado one, so I assume others as well) don't take effect until the 2012-2013 season, so Colorado and the other team technically aren't in the Pac-10 until that season, I think.

Pretty sure Nebraska becomes Big 10 as of June 2011.

I just meant Colorado and the other team heading to the Pac 10 (if it happens), I assume they would move at the same time.

Only thing I really know for sure is that I'm definitely going to watch K-State kick Nebraska's ass one last time this year.

I've only heard it from one source (ESPN) but I just thought the rescheduling would be nigh-impossible on such short notice. I wouldn't mind if it was effective immediately though.

Not like he was Brady or anything but a Masoli-less duck team really doesnt scare me much, they are the Bengals of the NCAA. They have all the talent in the world, but if they cant keep their players out of jail its a moot point.

2012 was what I've read...with some people talking about Nebraska 2011. Schedule is already set for this coming year, no way they would mess with that. They wouldn't even alter Alabama's schedule after they saw that we play 6 teams coming off by weeks. lol

Yeah, some changes are in '12, while some are in 2011. I think Boise State is like.. 2011.. because let's face it, no one gives a shit about the MWC, no matter how much they bitch.

Yeah, there's no way they can do it this year. Next year is probable. I've heard through local radio (yeah, yeah, I know) that Utah would be available in 2011, Colorado in 2012, but it's probable that it will both happen in 2011. Colorado doesn't want to hang around as a lame duck conference any more than they have to, and Texas will want to start eating up their share of TV money as soon as they can. They will probably both happen next year.

Current "official" status is Nebraska and Utah 2011, Colorado 2012.

Pac-10 is trying to push the timetable up for their new teams to 2011 from what I've been reading.
