Even if he was hurt, he sat there about to cry, then suddenly got up and continues playing within a minute or so. I realize that playing up the injury probably helps in decisions(even if it's not supposed to), but he seemed to get over it rather quickly.

Thing is, you don't know as a spectator how much pain they are really in. That particular tackle looked bad. In the slow motion replay, you could see his ankle give way, which hurts really bad. These guys want to win, so they will often suck it up and play again if they are hurt. I don't think Sagna is very bad at feigning injury (just wait until we see the Italians play, or the Portuguese)...
