None of these rules are being used in any serious competition anymore.

i could rephrase it any number of ways. right after they gave up the goal, US looked rattled as hell for a few minutes. slow passes and deer in the headlights looks on player's faces on closeups. once they advanced it into ghana territory for those couple attempts they looked way more active.
