Spanish keeper kicked it out so the defender he collided with could get treatment. Typical sportsmanship when the ball is kicked out so someone can get treatment is to to pass the ball back to the opposition which the Netherlands did but the keeper mis-judged it and tipped it out for a corner accidentally.

Netherlands did the sporting thing and passed it to the keeper from the corner.
