[HALP] Running Fullscreen on 2nd Monitor(/HDTV)

I have a Samsung 19" LCD as my primary monitor which is connected via DVI and I've just got my 42" HDTV in and it is connected via HDMI. Single video card, Nvidia GeForce 9600GT. The problem I am having is: How the hell do I get Aion to run on my HDTV without setting the HDTV as my primary monitor?

Basically I want to keep the HDMI cable connected to my PC and just be able to swap to the proper input channel on my TV so that I can play Aion on it. That way I can still use my PC as a PC whenever I'm not using it to play, and thusly not have to connect any cables or change any settings other than the channel on my TV when I do want to play. I've tried using UltraMon and sending Aion to Monitor 2, but it fucking fails every time. I really don't want to play it Windowed, but that seems to be the only solution I can think of.

Also, is there a way to be able to click on the monitor that is not running a game at fullscreen without the game minimizing itself?

From what I remembered of dual-screening on nVidia, primary monitor is always the target for fullscreen applications, and no, there is nothing you can do about a fullscreen app minimizing when you click on the other monitor to my knowledge, unless things have changed in Windows 7 regarding that or something......

Probably a method to fix the first one that I don't know about, but as for the fullscreen thing, see if the game in question has a borderless windowed mode and use that instead.

Have it start windowed, log in, move it over to the HDTV, change the graphic settings on Aion to "Window Full Screen"? That makes it so you can click off of Aion without in minimizing and that junk.

Yeah Windowed Full Screen is the trick to not minimizing in a dual setup. Lot of games, particularly MMOs, offer it nowadays... I assume aion does as well. Dunno about keeping it on the off monitor though.
