As for Kovalchuk I was really hoping the league wouldn't pussy out once you started seeing news about Kovalchuk possibly playing in Russia next year.

Oh and I didn't list it in the official league settings post, but house rule WILL be (as discussed before) maximum 3 homer picks. (No more than 3 players of your fave team because SOMEONE picked all Canadiens last year)

Wait wait wait what if I'm actually picking good players? When it gets to the last few rounds I don't see a problem as long as they are decent players and not considerably worse than others available. Something like 5 should be an absolute max though.

Edmonton is more than likely going to be able to void his contract for ethics violations then, looks like they'll have another $3.5 to spend. Actually I think this will put them a shade under the salary floor, they may have to bring someone up or sign another FA just to play, lol.
